Can anyone give me some insight on Brazilian waxing?

I'm very curious, I normally shave but I want try waxing. How long does it take the hair to grow back. I know it will be painfull, I've sat thru 5 tattoos, so I think I can handle it. Has anyone been disappointed or had any problems after getting it done. What is the price range, I found one for $70.Can anyone give me some insight on Brazilian waxing?
I would say get it! it is a lot better then shaving! it will last for about 2 months. and yes it hurts a little but it is fast and worth every bit of it! because when you shave you will always have those spots that you miss but with this you don't have to worry about that because they have a birds eye view! the price range is from 65 to 150 it depends on the place. besides that fact that it hurts like a b*tch, it was ok!... I always shaved and my freind made me try the brazilian wax with her.. Once it started growing in, it itched really really bad and the stubble it kinda annoying!... (keep in mind, I always shaved but trimmed the hairs in the inside of my ';lips';, with the brazil wax they strip everything off, so I wasn't used to it).... i wouldn't do it again though. I had a tattoo done and sat through for 1 hour, the wax took 6-9 minutes tops!... i'd rather get my whole body tattooed!
It hurts not as much as a tattoo( I know I have one on my stomach). It lasts around 6-8wks depending on how fast your hair grows. The price you found is about right in the more upscale salons (where I suggest you go to get this service). Only prob is you have to wait for hair to grow a little longer than peach fuzz to get it waxed because the esthitician has to have something the was can cling to so she can wax it off. Price sounds right. My first one only lasted about 3 days before it grew back. Second one a little over a week. But I have really think hair. The more you do it, the less it come back.
Do it! You will absolutely love it! The pain is not that bad. 65 is what I pay, how long it lasts depends on how fast your hair normally grows.
never been, My sister does it herself, they have little wax kits in target and stuff she says that is less painful and ALOT cheaper...
DO IT!!! Totally worth it..lasts about 3-4 weeks..less the first couple of times you do it and the pain gets less the more you do it. Don't shave in between!!! Be patient. And research a little more...I don't know where you live but I pay $30 in NYC.
