Hair removal cream would work however some people have really bad reactions to them. I'd suggest the wax. It's the only one that completely removes your hair from the root and it's the fastest...also the most painful. Take two advil twenty minutes before you get it waxed and you'll be fine.
Epilate! It can be painful ESPECIALLY at first, but as time passes, it gets smoother and smoother and less painful.
