Is a DIY home brazilian waxing kit any good?

I can't afford to go to a beauticians at the moment. So is a home kit worthwhile? Does it work properly?Is a DIY home brazilian waxing kit any good?
How Brazilian are you going? cause if you can't see it.... or get a good enough grip on the wax ';paper'; you probably wont get all the hairs and it will hurt like haites... If you have never waxed before, let me just say... it is NOT completely smooth when you pull the wax off, your hair grows at different stages and so some will be long enough while others wont.... Just a warning.
