My wife thinks a Brazilian waxing is weird

My wife asked me a year ago to get my back, armpits and a brazilian wax since she did not like the hair thing. I did and I have maintained it every month since. I had thought by now she would have returned the favor and get a brazilian as well. I have asked her many times and in fact even made appointments with mine and she will not go. I have expalined the pain is not like everyone says and she says it just makes her feel weird not haveing any hair down there. Any suggestion on how I can convince her it is fairly common and the true benifits of ahving it done. I am not some sort of perf so please give me only honsest thoughtfull answers I have posted on other boards and get bizzare answers. Thanks for the help My wife thinks a Brazilian waxing is weird
You should stop going, then when you have all your hair back. Make an appointment for both of you together.Or make a sexy game out of it and you shave her with a bonus. (wink wink) Just some ideas. Not meant to be crude.My wife thinks a Brazilian waxing is weird
I do think it's unfair of her to ask you to get something done that she won't. You can't really convince her if she's not comfortable with it, but you could stop getting it done on yourself until she is willing to at least try it. She can't expect you to go through this if she isn't willing to.





I shave everything, but personally I wouldn't feel comfortable going to a spa to have a Brazilian. Maybe you could ask her to shave it instead? It's possible she just doesn't want to do it at a spa.
I think it is weird that she asked you to get it done, but she won't do the same! Maybe you should stop. When she gets grossed out by your body hair, tell her that you feel the same way about her hair. I don't know...





I am afraid to get waxed, and I don't know how I would feel having someone messing around down there, you know? BUT, I do shave/keep it hairless. Maybe you could tell her that she should use an electric trimmer if waxing freaks her out.
Has she ever had a regular bikini wax?





Before I got my first Brazilian (I was such a chicken) I had to get a few regular bikini waxes to build up my courage and prove to myself that it wasn't that bad.





If she feels weird about having no hair at all down there has she thought of trimming it down really low?
If she's not interested, don't push it further. At some point, a line is crossed between annoying and insulting, as if you don't like her the way she is. This may not be what you're getting at, but it can come off that way.





If you don't like waxing for yourself, stop.
