No I wouldn't imagine something would be passed on. Besides the wax is warm so it would inhibit some growth of bacteria. But yeah I'm sure there are some cases of people getting sick. But I doubt its anything like hepatitis.Can you catch any diseases by having a brazilian wax done? How sanitary is that?
There isn't a problem with the waxing, but if you have a low immune system the tiny breaks in your skin can become infected. A couple hundred women are hospitalised each year (in this country). So if you are healthy, there is no problem.
