How can they ban the brazilian wax in NJ?

Its a freaking travesty? What do they expect, everyone go natural? Messed up and gross. I think no hair is even better. Maybe they could ban hair down there? How can they ban the brazilian wax in NJ?
They're banning it?You're kidding!Thats messing with personal liberty, they shouldn't be able to do that! But don't worry even if they do ban it people will come up with ways to get it done. We're creative that way :)How can they ban the brazilian wax in NJ?
Protest this ruling! Email Jay.Malanga@lps.state.nj.us, Executive Director, Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling for New Jersey. Let the board know that if they ban Brazilian waxing, the consumer is going to spend their money elsewhere. I'm sure NYC will be more than happy to take my $$$$.

they most likely banned it due to infection. ive heard this before, like some people even Died in brazil due to an infection from the waxing. but this was when it was only in brazil and im guessing fairly new.

we have higher safety standards for it here, but the area/brazillian waxing can be prone to infection from the waxing.

maybe this is the reason? but i really dont know.

you could always just do it yourself.
Truly? Wow. I had no idea.
