I've been doing Brazilians for about a year now, but I only need the front part waxed. I don't need the back (between the buttocks) waxed, because I don't have any hair that grows there. Could I just save some money and get a Full Bikini? Is that the same thing as a Brazilian, minus the back part?

Depends what you mean by a full bikini wax. A bikini wax is just along the sides or a hollywood is everything completely off front and back.
