A brazilian is when all of your pubic hair is removed (including your crack if it grows there!). Some women opt to leave a small ';landing strip'; when they get a brazilian (surprisingly enough this is the part that hurts the most to get waxed).

I actually think they're the same. Just to be sure, order a Brazillian Bikini wax and they should take all of the hair off. Voice your concerns at the appointment so they know EXACTLY what you want! Good luck! -Stormie

a brazilian leaves a small strip or patch of hair. full leaves you completly bald. the latter is how i like mine
Well they're basically the same.
Obviously a full bikini wax will get rid of all the hair, whereas a brazilian you can either have all of it removed or leave a trimmed landing strip at the top.
I personally am completely bald, but I have both and you can't go wrong with either of them. Guys find both really sexy.
