Brazilian waxing before going to the beach?

I'm going to the beach for vacation and my sister's wedding May 9th. We leave the 7th. I have set up a Brazilian waxing appointment for April 29th. Does anyone have any tips on getting this done? Tell me your experiences.

Im wanting to get my legs waxed too. Some place is asking to do it for $60... a FULL leg??? I think that's too much. What is a decent pricing.

I would get waxed about 2-4 days before you go. It might not be as smooth as you like if you do it so far in advance. Take some Advil before you go to get waxed it helps with inflammation and pain. Wear loose pants or a dress after for a few hours. Make sure your hair isn't too long, it hurts worse if it is and if its too short it does too. A good 1/4 or 1/2 is perfect. Use lotion on the skin daily. You can also get an over the counter hydrocortisone cream to apply for a day or two. And BREATHE when she pulls!





$60 for a full leg is actually pretty cheap. Some places charge that for a 1/2 leg. So that is a good deal. My spa that I work at charges $110 for a full leg.Brazilian waxing before going to the beach?
If you've never had a brazilian wax before, let me suggest you go this week and get it done and then get a touch up wax on the 5th or 6th. You'll have a much nicer wax that way.


And leg waxes, that sounds about right for a leg wax. I pay around $120 for my brazilian and full leg when I get them at the same time.
